Client Service Manager, Exeter

Paraplanner, Bristol

This is an opportunity to be part of Goodmans' growth as we open a new, high-profile office in Bristol and expand our client base there. 

Client experience is everything at Goodmans, so we're looking for the right person to support our Financial Planners in servicing and maintaining an exceptional level of service to clients. This is not just a technical, behind-the-scenes role; as part of our small, collaborative team, you'll be a point of contact for clients and get involved in client meetings.

Duties include:

  • Attending client meetings and maintaining strong relationships
  • Creating reports following client meetings and cashflow modelling
  • Conducting product research with recommendations
  • Ensuring compliance and FCA regulations are followed
  • Working closely alongside the administrators and advisers

Ideally, you'll have:

  • Experience as a Paraplanner
  • A Level 4 diploma (or working towards one)

Client Service Manager, Exeter

We're looking to expand our back-office team to support Goodmans in servicing and maintaining a high level of service to our clients. This is a great opportunity for someone with good admin and people skills who wants to develop their financial services career within a collaborative, friendly and professional environment. 

Duties include:

  • Working closely with the paraplanning and advice teams
  • Booking meetings, diary managing and preparing documentation for meetings
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Supporting Financial Planners in client meetings

You'll need:

  • Experience working within the Financial Service industry
  • Strong administration skills such as communication, prioritisation and time management
  • A desire to engage with clients and develop strong relationships
